You will pay our fee in advance fully . fee is non refundable once we started the process in form chat , phone call , message etc with regards to your application .  Please make sure you have made up your mind before you hire our services . However, if you have paid and change your mind immediately and we have not spoken to you or send you message or any form of communication with regards to your application , your fee is  refundable but Once process is started , fee is non refundable . 

• Our fee is one time service only and  Rebooking charges apply. Say we book you in and you miss your appointment or gets cancelled  due to any reason ( Non acceptance ,  Additional documents requested , COVID cancellations etc.)

• YOU WILL PAY US REBOOKING CHARGES !

You must pay us to start the process , if you have not paid please DO NOT EXPECT US TO DO ANYTHING .

once paid you must be in touch with us on regular basis , if you don't hear from us , you must message us to know the update . if you miss we will miss too ! Its your equal responsibility

Privacy and  Data : By using our services you are authorising us to use and keep your information for your application based on our company policy . Under no circumstances is your data used or shared with anyone, how ever we do sometimes  ( rarely)  use online trusted tools from trusted websites ( GDPR Compliant )   to correct size for uploading , which by using our services  you are giving your  consent

Concerns : If you have any concerns you must discuss with us We hope to be able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Details of our complaints procedure are available on request.

To Start process you must agree our terms and pay in Advance. 

Once paid you must be in contact with us regularly with regards to your application in case you do not give us further details beyond reasonable time say 3 months , your fee will be forfeited and you you will be considered as client who is not longer interested in getting  job done . so once paid please be in touch and send us your documents or you will loose your fee paid to us .do not expect us to chase you for your documents. You will have to pay again
