What are the documents needed ?

We advise please refer to relevant  websites and all details are available. We can only advise once we are paid . ( like it or not  this is our business , like you or anyone from your family makes a living , we make a living on our expertise and knowledge )

What is best way to use your service and how to go about it then if you cant give us list of documents ?

Our services start from £55  only and our consultancy for a service start from only £15 ! once you pay we advise you exactly where you stand with your application and in case you decide to go with us its fully adjustable , So depending on the service you choose we adjust your £15 . Initial £15 will give you peace of mind and you don’t have to stress yourself . Our consultation is based on our experience and Opinion Only 

Is success Guaranteed ?

Well,  anyone who tells you that the success is Guaranteed , is a big liar ! . Decision is sole discretion of  Authorities and after scrutinising your documents by the relevant agencies. We can only advise you where you stand and what is LIKELY to be the outcome . We do not get involved in any manner with regards to your application . Success or failure is yours !

Do you do follow up  and Tracking ?

Yes, depending on the service you choose we do follow ups / Tracking  in case you have any disability or barriers ( like computer internet  , language , lack of time  )

How is my Data Used or Stored ?

We have strict data  protection policy .  All our staff is trained to follow .Depending the service you choose  Information provided is used to do your application and some of details may be in secured computers / Gadgets   for certain period of time but deleted from time to time .  Under no circumstances your data is used or shared with anyone .

Is my fee Refundable ?

Simple words NO ! Please do not pay us if you are not sure .

If we have not spoken to or messaged you about your application , your fee is fully refunded . Once you have been spoken about your application or  advised ( text whatsapp any form )  for Paper work , unfortunately we do not make any refunds . We make living on our expertise  and  knowledge  . Please do not  pay us unless you are absolutely clear about the service . Once paid we assume you are clear ! Its not a fortune that we are charging , but time has value , knowledge has value , LIFE IS SHORT !

Do all of us have to come to submit or you  do home service ?

No , we do not do home service , but can do everything with comfort of you sitting at home , with data protection policy . once paid we only call you once to submit your application and within short time you will be free after submitting ! don’t have to bring children , don’t have to bring elderly , all of you don’t have to come , it will be at your convenience within working hours of authorities.

Can applications be submitted without us coming there ?

Please check with us first .   ( Depends of type of application )
