Fee is non refundable. Obviosuly  if you change your mind immediately  before we have spoken or send you message ,   we will refund u if you have paid and   However its on our discretion and company policy .  If you are unsure of your documents  and  please pay us consulatation fee for £15 and we let you know where you start before proceeding .
